The pools were great. I especially enjoyed the slides! the kids club was a hit with my little one, and the staff were genuinely helpful. i also found the hotel very clean. there was lots of entertainment offered for children.
the food was a bit repetitive. the variety could be better. i also found the walls in the room thin, so noise was sometimes a problem.

the buffet had a good selection of dishes with changing menus daily. food quality was good overall. drinks were readily available throughout the day.

there are multiple pools including one for toddlers and a splash area. other facilities include a football and basketball pitch, gym and playground. the pools were very clean.

the rooms are comfortable and clean with enough space for a family. i had a double side sea view room. cleaning was done daily.

the hotel is well located, close to a beach. it is a short walk to get to a lovely beach. there is also a train nearby to a local town.

some issues but decent
food variety long queues
the food, it was okay, but i think it is not a 4. not a lot of variety was available for an all inclusive hotel and the queues at meal times were ridiculous. i cannot imagine the wait times if we came in the summer. we asked if they could cater for my son as he can't eat gluten and were told that wouldn't be a problem, they gave us just spaghetti.

i really loved the pools!!! they were very clean. the staff was great, apart from some exceptions.
the food was repetitive. eating all meals from a buffet every day is not very appealing to me.

Underwhelming Stay
inconvenient outlet limited variety
The room lacked basic amenities. There was only one accessible outlet, and it was inconveniently located near the floor. It made charging devices difficult. The food was also disappointing. The buffet offered limited variety and was often lukewarm. It felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant in a four-star hotel..
